What color eyeshadow(s) would go with a burgundy dress? I'm doing my makeup for homecoming this Saturday, and I'm not sure what colors to get.Eyeshadow Color with Burgundy Dress?
I would do a shimmery pinkink/gold over the whole lid, then in the crease and outer eye corner a bronzy brown, bronze liner then two/three coats of black lengthening mascar. Leave the lips natural (sheer pinky goldy gloss)...looks great with a shimmery smoky eye.Eyeshadow Color with Burgundy Dress?
Something dark for the crease (brown, maybe) and something lighter for highlighting just under the brow. Lightly line your eyes in brown, a deep rich red-brown if you can find it.

I would either do a muted smokey eye, or use something subtle, with a little shimmer, but not too dark.
I never know women matched the color of their eye colour, to go with the colour of their dress.
I thought the colour chosen for eye colour was about the colour and complexion of the face and around the eyes.
I was going to say (although I assume this probably won't help sorry) thinking more whether the eye colour goes with that of your eyes if not complexion as well.
i would use either neutral eyeshadow or a shimmery gold.
light brown...shimmery beige
silver/gray or gold. there's some really good eyeshadow in these colors at victoria's secret.
