i would say one with ur natural color. you don't want too much to stand out.

if you accentuate your mouth, your eyes should look very natural... a combination of very light browns should do the trick... luck:-)
maybe a light neutral color for all over the lid and then in the crease a slightly darker glittery neutral MAC has a neutral color called shroom and then just look for a glittery tone a few shades darker

Since red is dramatic you dont want to do dramatic eyes too. They key is to always play up one thing eyes or lips. I would do something nuetral like a shimmery gold and line the top of the eye only with light mascara or very little liner with light mascara.

For red lips stick with eyeliner.

I'd go with black eyeliner maybe even a cat eye look and some really good voluminous mascara. You don't want to much on your eyes with the red lipstick it just ends up being to much.
