i would try greens and light blues that will bring out the color of your eyes ...Eyeshadow color %26amp; Eyewliner color?
I would try nuetral tones such as light browns, golds, and I agree with the earlier comment green also try them on and see what looks best for you.
if you cant decide,
a) go to the clnique counter and have them tell you your colors
or
b) put on some plain black liner and some pale green shadow to match your eyes
