Golds would look really cute with blue eyes. Browns and other natural tones would look good too. Black eyeliner and/or mascara would really make your eyes pop.

well it also depends what color goes good with you gold colors would work but you might have to stay away from the shades of reds.
use a dark color like purple and it'll kind of make ur eyes';POP';
Golds are nice like the others said, grey's and silvers are really nice also, pinks and def naturals like browns.
