Which Eyeshadow Color?

I am Filipina with light-tan skin and my skin has a yellow undertone. I have dark brown hair (almost black) and very dark brown eyes. I was wondering what eyeshadow colors would look best on me.

Since you have brown eyes which is a warm color, use a somewhat cool color to contrast the brown. A good reference tool is the color wheel:

I personally like green on brown eyes, but plum purple and deep blues also look great.


Use a darker shade in the crease and on the lid, and under the brow use a lighter shade as a highlight.


Use black mascara and eyeliner halfway across. On the bottom you can also try a dark purple, blue, or green liner for a more exciting look.


Use a clear or nude lip gloss. Finish with a light dusting or dark rose blush.


If you want more subtle eyes, use just the highlight, and mascara and eyeliner.

The awesome thing with brown eyes, you can wear any color you want, just depends on what type of look you wanting and what your wearing. Do you want a every day look, a smoky eye, etc.
well i think u should go to the mall and check out sephora... there u can have different make- ups tested on u before u but them and then u just but the ones that u like on u. i love the line of MAC they have great products... good luck
