well you should not match ur eye shadow to your eye color because then they compete for attention and your eyes end up losing, you should try browns soft peach and purple
i think with a blueish green tone you should defiantly go with purple

if you are paler use a black or matalic look with your eyes it will attract more attention and work well with your hair color this will also create a mysterius look...if your are tanner than most i would use either a black like before or mybe a shimmery white
