You should wear light or medium colored eye shadow shadow, I suggest purple, and put the blue eyeliner on the lids {lash line}, or just under the eyes. I would go with something light and natural. Origins has a color Twinkle it's very natural, with a little shine.. It with the blue eyeliner will look pretty... Mascara also, if you wear it..

my sister is a makeup artist....so being her sister for 18 years has really paid off haha. the thing about coloured eyeliner is that you can't wear eyeshadow with it because the colour of eyeliner is already ''out there'; if you know what i mean? it's already a lot....if that makes sense. so adding more to it(eyeshadow) would be way too much....i hope i helped!
Smoky blue/grey. Apply a lighter shade of it on lid then a deeper shade in crease of eyelid and beige under brow.
