Lightly dab on some glitter with your finger to the high lighted areas of the eyes, do not over do it, other wise you may look like your from outer space, dark brown or even blue mascara/eye liner would also be good, but stay away from black since your dress will be black, since your eyes are hazel, go with the browns eye shadows..
Do a mix from your nose to your ear start with black and make it till it is full silver like your dress.
