When choosing eyeshadow colours its best to work to the rule of opposites, as you have brown eyes you should work with colours at the other end of the spectrum to bring the brown out and make it more prominant i would suggest greens,turqouise,blues or greys.blue eyes should go for browns and khaki coloursBest eyeshadow color?
I've heard that blue and green shades suites brown eyes best, and the brownish ones for blue eyes. But personally I think it's very easy to end up looking like a clown or a pornstar whit to much crazy eyeshadow (but maybe that's a good thing?!). Natural tones works best I think, like pale pink, orange, and light to dark brown.
Experiment a little to find out yourself what suits you:-)
Shoot for the sky blues, baby greens, and lavenders. Ones with sparkle in them look nice as well.

If you can buy just one color that looks great with all colors, I would wear a silvery gray color. (That is what I wear as I have the same coloring of skin and hair with blue eyes.) I know it will look beautiful on you! Clinque has just the color you need!
