My friend is having troubles finding good eyeshadow colors?

she has big blue eyes, and blond hair. she has a cool skin tone. we would like some colors that will make her eyes pop, but also look good with her cool tones. My friend is having troubles finding good eyeshadow colors?
Try colours like pink, rusty brown, light brown, cream or light blue. Brown makes blue eyes pop, but make sure it's not to intense. Because she has fair skin, it could look really awakward if you have a heavy eyeshadow on.

If she's going to put a brown shade on, make sure she blends it over the lid with a brush, so it looks natural. Don't go above the crease though.

Also, make sure you only play up one feature. If you want to make your eyes more noticable, play down your lips by putting a neutral shade on them, or just leave them as is. If you wear bright pink lipstick, then use an intense eyeshadow, you'll look like you just came from the 80's.My friend is having troubles finding good eyeshadow colors?
Natural colors.
mabey a golden yellowish or a golden brown or mabey a pink

best of luck
you should try using brown or light eyeshadow. it really makes your eyes stand out especially for those with blue eyes

also try not to put that much eyeliner with it and lots of mascara

hope this works

For light blue eyes, you should stick with subtle gray or subtle brown eyeshadow colors. Usr the darkest of these hues on the lids, then go lighter as you get further from the eye, with the very lightest (almost a beige or cream color) beneath the actual eyebrow.

For evening make-up, you can substitute the subtle colors for darker colors to get a more dramatic effect.
